As Founder and CEO of Circa81 Design, a Native American woman-owned firm, she provides innovative solutions in design, engineering, and construction management for Native American tribes, the federal government, and private enterprises. Amber’s current R&D work focuses on developing a precision technology solution for farmers to enhance water management, aligning with her passion for innovation, advocacy, and sustainability.

Throughout her career, Amber's diverse background in management, engineering, construction, healthcare, fashion, banking, public relations, and business has paved the way for her focus on design and leadership.
